No insider has bought shares in Altif during the last year, while there have been 12 sales; see insidertrader.com

Insiders still own a lot of the company; institutional holdings are negligible. Book value is around 75 cents. They have stated their interest in keeping the price of the stock at a level that will allow them to raise further cash, and there appeared to be an effort to get shorts to cover a while back, perhaps by calling in certificates. Is anyone able to short the stock now?

To be successful at raising money again, they probably need to come up with some good news at some point. Any optimists out there?
