Do you really want to import a new formula list into WoW or are you trying to just add a new custom technical indicator? If you are trying to import, the file has an *.lst extension as I recall. In the menu select file, then import, then indicators I think. I'm not currently at a computer with WoW on it.

If you are just adding it as an additional indicator you select indicators, then new, cut and paste the formulas into the boxes one at a time, give it a name at the top and hit save.
