Wouldn't it be interesting if Janet Shell and gang received a different form of recognition from the SEC.

Wouldn't it be more interesting if you actually knew what you were talking about?

It certainly isn't Janice's fault that Cashco has missed nearly every deadline they've set, misrepresented an alpha version as a beta ready for release back in April, used a method of testing best described as "Gosh, it installs—it must be okay!", and made earnings projections which are thus far, off the mark. At this point, even the CSHK faithful should agree that (as polite as possible), the company hasn't had the situation entirely together.

(and since you bring up multiple companies)
Nor is it Janice's fault that MTEI misrepresented land values by about—oh gee&#151ninety percent. Nor was it her fault that a Nevada court ruled against a proposed release of AZNT stock from the DTC, which would potentially cause an artificial squeeze, seperate from natural market forces.

Getting some facts before you post really isn't a novel idea, Chuck.
