z, Thanks for the research. Talking to Greg is pretty fun, he is really fired up about his business. He brings some good facts to the table: I think that sales will be a minimum of 1 million units by Dec. 99 and our stock price will be a lot higher. Do any of these idiots not think that MZD did their DD before taking us on a client? It took them 5 weeks to make a decision about us. Why hasn't anyone called Allan Zukerman and asked him about us? Could it be that MZD is to powerful and prestigious to bring into the equation? Why has no one attacked the analyst report that projected 30 cents a share in the first 1/4 of 99? Is it because they don't want the world to know how much DD was done on us? An analyst with 20 years of a pretty good reputation is not going to tout our company, thereby putting his reputation on the line, without being comfortable about what he writes. There is no telling how this stock will continue to perform, but we have a lot of support above 5/8. From October 16th, with the recent low of 3/8, there have been over 2,000,000 shares traded of PINC. That is approximately 58% of the float. 500,000 shares traded in the 1/2 to 3/4 range in just 2 days. Were people taking profit from 3/8, or people getting out from higher prices? Regardless, we have new hands holding stock around 5/8 to 3/4. It only takes 30,000 shares or so to have 1% of the float, which is quite a position. I am content to watch PINC unfold its act. I think we will see more advertising and product reviews. Sure, there are a lot of companies in this business, but PINC doesn't need to dominate to make everyone money. Also, did you notice the statement from Greg: Dwight is giving us the guidance that we need, and is acting on a part time basis with us. He receives no salary (neither do I) and has already targeted three companies for us to acquire. This continues to support their thoughts on providing business past the Y2K dilemma. Rob
