If anyone is familiar with the use of the 5 35 macd to count Elliott waves, I would appreciate any feedback. I just don't see a wave 5 anywhere in the count yet.

Thanks for the info on the channel system Frank. I have heard of it and will look at it.

I agree the 5 35 macd is signaling a sell in corn, but the market is so choppy I want to see low at 238.25 on the July contract taken out to confirm a down move. If support forms at a higher bottom level first than that level will be the one to watch.

I pulled up an option chart on March Sugar 8.00 call...and on a Wheat Dec. 3.00 call both using triangles gave a reaction day. These signals are given many times weeks in advance. I also count days. To use for direction.
Options can be charted the same as the contract. I don't use Macd or averages, or news. Just a pencil and ruler.. I find it interesting that on these apex days that a news event is published.
