Closed End Fund Question There is a closed end fund called the Emerging Markets Telecommunications Fund, symbol EFT, which is run by the same person, I believe, that runs the communications fund that Bob Brinker recommends which in the interest of disclosure I hold by the way. Questions: The fund is trading at a 19.3% discount. Does anyone have more information about this fund? and Why not purchase this fund as a complement to or in lieu of the one Bob recommends since it sells at a market discount?
