>>Easy according to who? What's your technical background to support that? If it was so easy, why is BVSN's main competitor, OMKT bleeding red ink? Why isn't MSFT involved? Why did CSCO and American choose BVSN instead of developing their own solution? Why does BVSN exist if it was so easy? Just a little curious about the evidence to support your statement.

I was the one who ASKED the question. I have had someone tell me that it is easy to do. I don't know, I am not technical enough in this field to have all the answers.

Does anyone have experience or knowledge in the market place with a private company call PostDirect (www.postdirect.com)? Looks like they may be a competitor of BVSN's.

Robert,

On the date of the $3mm transaction, SONE was not a $300mm company. It was a $150mm company. In fact, SONE is currently not a $300mm dollar company, more like $180mm.

Further, SONE does not carry the influence that MSFT or INTC carry, and to think that SONE could influence its partners like MSFT or INTC influence (read: stiff arm) their partners is (IMHO) overestimating SONE's market strength.

FYI, I don't think that SONE is a consolidator. I just don't want them to become like one by making their returns dependent on others' returns.
