Larry: Instead of stock I held a bunch of 11 3/4% Fed Bonds & Notes that did well for me for years. I never had my bonds called in. I let them expire and then I started thinking about stocks but only when I was sure that it was safe. I stand to lose too much if I bet wrong. I even had some, but not as much 14 % Fed bonds as well in those days. So anyway I have gotten to where I want to be in life (money wise) and I can't risk losing it as I bet only one way, all or none.

Thanks
