Darrin, I agree, it is enough that he is. Since you won't tell me where God is, can you tell me one place where he is not? I got a better question. Where are you not? Exodus 3:13 "Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they ask me, 'What is his name?' Then what shall I tell them?" 14 God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.'" 15 God also said to Moses, "Say to the Israelites, 'The LORD, the God of your fathers--the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob--has sent me to you.' This is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation. God IS! No person, object, or idea can be compared to He is. Anything said about God must be based on His revelation of Himself to us. Anything said about God is said in human terms cause that's what we know. The reality of God is always much greater than our minds can understand or express. But that reality does not make us God. Phil 2: 5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: WHY? 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, 7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. because he took on our form and the nature of a servant 8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross! 9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Why will we confess??? (and we will)...we will confess TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER.
