Matt: My post to Wayne was not meant to be discouraging, and I don't think he is discouraged either because he always spoke his mind fearlessly. Remember, fear and greed are the biggest enemies in this game. I think Wayne has the quality to be a good adviser to many of us because of his objective and fearless nature. That he is now a crowned TA guru doesn't come without a reason.

We grow stronger every day, let's not ever be discouraged! -q
