I deserved the admonishment...I accept this aggressive way of fishing as a failing.

Pezz, <<OT>>

I have read of a off Washington Island in Wisconsin, where huge carp come up to feed. Park the boat and wade, cone head flies, fish the carp like bone fish. You need a 9 weight to get the distance. Sounds like fun to me.

My grand father bought some ground in Oregon so he had an excuse to go fishing out there. He died before I was born so some time passed. Sadly we found his Paine split bamboo rods and thought they were nice cane poles. What does an 8 year old know?
