Steve,

You can use any PCI cards that the manufacturers have supported with appropriate win98 software drivers. Diamond has a lot of them but I can't recommend them as they're so messed up these days.

For my setup I wound up using a STB card for the primary monitor that the company absolutely, positively refused to support. It worked anyway. This leads me to a partial conclusion that you only need the supporting drivers for the second monitor. Mine is a ATI, another company that supports win98 dual monitor setups for the most part and makes drivers available at their site.

Alan

SG, one multiple monitor soln (although not inexpensive) ttrc.com

They offer Appian Graphics video cards and the "virtual desktop" features (which Appian designs into their video cards) are very thorougly configurable with various trading programs (RT3, Open Bloomberg, etc). In fact, Appians are the sole card utilized by Bloomberg for both Bloomberg Terminals and Open Bloomy's. Good Luck.
