Spidey, you see, in many of today's courts they use this thing called a tape recorder. It records sounds, as in speech, as in the words that come out of people's mouths. OK, I'm going to say something profound next, so bear with me: the tape doesn't lie. You see, the tape doesn't record what your feeble arachnid imagination dreams up, it records what people actually said! You're suggesting that Judd planned Sunday night (Nov 15) to manipulate the stock Monday (Nov 16), with the help of a public transcript from a trial nearly six weeks old, of which we quote. After he laughs himself silly over your ridiculous notion, he may not be too pleased with you. As this transcript is from the October 2 trial&#151nearly 6 weeks ago, your conception of of "penny stock basher justice in si" is silly&#151nothing said now will change the fact that the court ruled 6 weeks ago to not return the stock, despite your lies to the contrary. Spugs, your hoping statements will not go unchecked. I hope you realize the attention you have drawn regarding the October 21 incident. IF it occured, it is illegal and should have been reported to the police. I am calling them today. You may be getting a call since you post so much about it and obviously know so much. Hopefully you will cooperate and assist the police in this matter.
