<Take a step back and see what this company has achieved with the absolute minimum and if you think you could do a better job let Terry know, he might just give you a job, hotshot!>

Been thinking about this a lot. Wish you wouldn't keep telling me to "think about it" because I take your advice to heart, then get myself in trouble with some people.

One, I did take a step back some time ago, started to become very objective, and like what I see less and less.

Two, "absolute minimum" - how much money have GE spent? How far in the hole are they now? Lets just have another look at that 10skb:

<<Registrant had a net loss for 1997 of ($5,963,554), compared to its net loss in 1996 of ($2,058,742). Registrant anticipates that the trend of net losses will continue in 1998, as it invests further in exploration on its Cangalli prospect and in general and administrative expenses in the United States and Bolivia, without generating
significant revenues from those efforts.>>

Three, just what has this company achieved? Gold? Shareholder value? Profits? Offers from majors?

Four, don't want another job, but I could use some of that $5.96MM they lost.

Regards,

Jim
