Myself, I would put a market order for a sell prior to the open and take my lumps. How about you!

If you did that this morning then you got raped. From what I understand the market makers gave a false impression this morning that the stock would open only a few points down, probably to sucker people into placing market sells. Then they changed their quotes minutes before they opened the stock and laughed at you as they took your shares for 3-1/2.

This is what people should be pissed about and should sue about, not a press release that they misinterpreted or never even actually read in the first place.
