Tom,

I am concerned because the more shares that are out there the tougher
it will be to turn revenue into profit. Once the share count goes above 50 million there will be (speculation on my part), talk of a
reverse split to get the share count down. At least this is a familiar pattern amongst the penny stocks. I don't know enough about
JNNE's past history to know if they have ever done one before but it is not uncommon among the penny stocks to fund ongoing operations with
shares then do a reverse to get themselves out of trouble - then the process starts over again.

Not a nice picture and I hope we never experience this but it has happened to other stocks once their share count starts to get high.
If the lawsuit dosen't pan out the way we hope, this scenario could play out.

Kevin - Not liking this share dilution very much but hoping for an explanation.
