Gordon, I have never shorted a floorless, I have profited from few issue when massive conversion caused a wash out, in three cases so far, Aksef, Exso and Gate, and in all cases, I reported to the respective thread the buying and selling. Larry asked me for few months now to look at VLNC (he was invested, as he said and just recently earned his golden hook on this one) and at the time, I said very clearly that a break above $5 will be positive, only from looking at the chart. Once it broke, I decided to look more into the fundamentals as a potential investment. I have decided not to get in at this time because of the uncertainty of the January time bomb, and its possible implosion long before (people like the bandits will know well ahead of me if they VLNC meets or does not meet the Jan deadline). It is quite possible that VLNC meets its goal and does not implode and might even continue its advance, particularly if it is able to take out the resistance between about 9 and 10. At the current prices, however, I do not see a very great upside either. It is worth while monitoring and that is what I am doing by having bookmarked this thread. Zeev PS, I just noted your comment: "Lev explained the quarantine period. The batteries are conditioned, degassed, tested, quarantined for 30 days, tested again for electrical leakage and then shipped.". This has some major repurcussion on working capital, it really means that inventories level will have to be much greater then in usual businesses since finished goods will have to be stored for an aditional 30 days, that add at least 8% of annual sales to working capital requirements.
