Glen, you and most of us have been around here long enough to know no one has the
crystal ball.
Next week should be up, if Uncle Al cuts interest rates on tues (the market won't like it,
if he doesn't) and Saddam really backs off.

I plan on boxing the short if it looks like it will be going which is quite possible.

I do think that between now and the end of the year the volatility should calm down.
Except for Internet stocks, other than America's dream team.

The market is going to give AMZN the benefit of the doubt until the fundamentals become so poor no one can give them a positive spin. Need to wait until net spring for that.

I was hoping William could tell us what Mary Meeker was projecting for performa in 2001. It will be better than Merrill's:-)

Glenn

and Saddam really backs off.

He has, by a scant 30 to 45 minutes, and will stay far enough from the edge for spineless SlickWilly to do anything other than play with cigars and young girls. Oh, and sweet talk EasyAl into keeping the asset bubble going via another rate cut. Not that this will necessarily keep the internuts aloft for long.
