Blinded by partisanship? You can suggest whatever you want, George. Like that highly stretchable set of of suppositions you read into that one sentence newspaper lead. I guess the line is that Republicans are non-partisan and objective in this whole affair. Like I was informed about Newt's highly professional and non-partisan dumping of Clinton's "secret" Grand jury tape on the unsuspecting public. I was a partisan hater for doubting that one, blinded by partisanship sounds fairly mild in comparison.

You guys can keep pushing impeachment all you want, if it makes you feel good. Certain elements of the Republican leadership seem to be looking for a way to move on, but maybe you can convince them to linger over the matter. Good luck. Conventional wisdom says it's a loser politically at this point, but we'll see.

Cheers< Dan.
