Ticker: I don't think anybody not privy to the actual contract between Valence and Castle Creek could answer your question.

The SEC filings say only there must be a "material" contract. I have not found anything that further defines "material."

I'm certain there is a more specific definition of the meaning of the word material somewhere in the contract between VLNC and CC. Leaving such a crucial word so vaguely defined would be inconsistent with the lawyerly detail so evident in the SEC filings, and would create a huge potential for a lawsuit.

Valence and CC certainly know what material means. We don't.
