24 THE WITNESS: I have a question, your Honor. If in 25 its order signed here, if somebody calls the broker and says I ASSOCIATED REPORTERS OF NEVADA (702) 382-8778 128 1 want my certificate, okay, unbeknownst to us, that doesn't make 2 us in violation of this order because people want their 3 (indiscernible). 4 THE COURT: No. I'm not -- that's exactly what I'm 5 saying to these other parties. Third people can do things, and 6 I can't enjoin you from what they choose to do as long as you 7 aren't a participant in that process either directly or 8 indirectly. Do you understand? 9 THE WITNESS: Um-h'm. 10 MR. MACLEAN: If I might, your Honor, I think what 11 your Honor is saying is that Amazon does not instigate 12 (indiscernible). 13 THE COURT: Absolutely. And I think that's clear. If 14 there's any ambiguity that's precisely. You're not to 15 instigate that kind of behavior. I would think it would be 16 counterproductive to instigate that kind of behavior. 17 THE WITNESS: A lot of people sometimes when they buy 18 stock they ask for physical deliver of their certificate. 19 THE COURT: Well, if they do, that's fine. But if you 20 get into a position that you can't deliver, I imagine that does 21 further damage to whatever legitimate value there is to this 22 stock. Okay? I think you understand me. Okay. Oct 2 press release...heh hehMichael A. Sylver, President, stated, ''We are asking all shareholders, current and future, to require 'guaranteed delivery'of stock certificates for the AZNT stock they purchase . Physical possession (guaranteed delivery) of shares is a critical component of our overall strategy to insure the investments of all our honest shareholders. As an investor, it is your right to demand your share certificates be placed in your hands. Those who do not work in your best interest may discourage this practice; however, the Company encourages you only to buy shares you can physically possess. Mr. Sylver concluded: ''We have come a long way in our quest to protect shareholders. A request for guaranteed delivery which is not honored should be reported to the Securities Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and the Company.''
