Walter,

I beg to differ. You imply in this post, for example, that SSTI should consider a takeover of NCII which is currently trading at $0.07 a share. That seems like solicitation of a penny stock to me.

"Would NCII and SSTI be a marriage made in flash memory heaven or a waste of SSTI's money?"

SanDisk does not incorporate an operating system in the CF card. I am not saying an OS could not replace a controller. Some have mentioned that FLSHF incorporated firmware or something of that nature in some of their flash memory products which eliminates the need for a controller. SanDisk did license SuperFlash from SSTI which accelerates write times from about 0.5 MB/sec to 1.4 MB/sec.
Other companies have expressed an interest in SSTI including Atmel (who lost a patent infringement case), Intel (who is still involved in ongoing litigation) and beloved IBM. Most of the licensing for NCII comes from voice/dictation storage concerns like Lanier. Has there been incorporation of NCII's technology in image storage? Perhaps you could bring us upto speed with regard to NCII and how a marriage with SanDisk could be "made in heaven".

Your posts are at once thought provoking, yet equally lacking in detail.
