Because if you think Q will lose in court then their position vis a vis ETSI makes no sense whatsoever and would represent desperation. In addition the royalties which at this point are holding up the bottom line and making it possible for Q to get its manufacturing and marketing education would be threatened. All in all, I think that you have to believe the essential patents will not be invalidated and are applicable to wideband CDMA to own the stock.Maybe others will disagree..We'll see. DMG
