Dennis,
You had (1) CD order where Peace Lover had (2).
I wonder if the problem may occur when you order more than one CD?
If there is a problem, especially order status, I hope it is cleared up quickly in order to look professional to the world.
I don't understand why there are so many problems after this has been beta tested, maybe not enuf expert websters staffed for a dymanic interactive website???

Dennis,

I am pleased to see yours is o.k. I have not recently ordered any cd's. My orders were done once during the first beta test when we could not get musiccards and when they said all orders during the first beta were discarded. However, they did not discard mine. The other order was after I bought a 40 ct musiccard and two cd's at the 10.99 price which was acknowledged. I received both shipments and returned the one order that according to them was to have been cancelled. The status order I am getting does not acknowledge the cancellation, does not acknowledge the return of cd's and shows the pricing for the two cd's that I kept as 32.65 even though at the time it was acknowledged as 24.98. The worst thing is I keep writing them and they do not care to explain. I even scanned the hard copy of the screwed-up status order, saved it as jpg file and attached it with e-mail and shipped it to them with the corrections marked on it. They ignored it again. This is not customer service.
