I have some more questions:

1. Between April - July, TPI received $2M from the proceeds of C/D's.
Why do they only have $150K in cash as of 7/31/98??? - Which leads to my next question...

2. With $450K or so in receivables, plus their available cash of $150K, shouldn't both be depleted by now? How the hell are they surviving if no other C/D has been issued? Also, not one new contract has been announced for 1Q99, so how are they paying their employees?

3. BONZ - could you tell me where on the 10K you saw that TPI wouldn't be converting the remaining C/D's?

4. Also, there isn't a trail of debenture conversions in the "Subsequent events" section that leads us from 16.1M shares on 7/31/98 to 18M as of 11/11/98, unless I missed something somewhere.
