If indeed it's that easy, why not act as agent/broker for this type of deal? In effect, take a cut off the top for putting these obvious parties together in a mutually beneficial and synergistic relationship. You seem to be familiar with all of the players and might be a natural third-party conduit for this type of deal. Regards.
