Any Word as to when CSHK will be acquiring the Bagels and Lox? I am looking forward to the nurishing meal at the investors meeting someone mentioned a few months ago. P.S. Has the shipment of Scotch made it to Italy yet?

Rhonda (or whoever is using CASHCO's id): Re: "I see only one possibility" That's a rather narrow minded opinion, isn't it? There are literally hundreds of possibilities. Perhaps there was a power failure at the ISP. Maybe the ISP's server and its backup were repossessed by the finance company. Maybe the upload of the web page didn't work, and they have 73 people working on it night and day so they can meet their deadline. In fact, until the site is up and running, your comment that "It is being launched co-incidental with the opening of the show on the 16th. For the record Las Vegas is 3 hours behind EST etc. etc." is just as much conjecture as anybody else's. Plans don't always come true. For a multiplicity of reasons. I listed the 3 most likely scenarios. Hopefully, my first possibility is the correct one. By the way ... as of this particular date and time ... Nov 16, 1998, 7:37am MST ... the site is not yet functional. Not to worry, though. Midnight is still 16 1/2 hours away. Regards, TED

Hmmmm ... it's now 4:49am MST on Tuesday, 11/17 ... and still no website. Yet another deadline announced by CSHK, and missed. That's my possibility #3. It looks like your "one possibility" perspective needs to be widened somewhat. Fortunately, I'm not the kind of a guy who goes around telling people "I told you so". Because, if I were that kind of a guy, I'd put it in big bold letters, just like this: I TOLD YOU SO !!! But, I'm not that kind of a guy, so don't worry. I'll bet the opening day festivities at the COMDEX Cashco booth were somewhat subdued. Can you imagine somebody announcing a brand new PC based product, but not having an associated website? Rather archaic, don't you think? Why do I get the impression there are several vultures hanging around this thread? Is that dead meat I smell? Sounds to me like you need to: 1) Increase predictability 2) Increase productivity 3) Increase quality If you're interested, I'm available for an outrageous consulting fee. Regards, TED
