Sorry, I cannot reconcile with your statement that DSO always goes up from Q2 to Q3:

The data shows:
Q3 Q2 Same Q L/Y
FY 99 40 37 38 Up by 3 days
FY 98 38 37 41 Up by 1 day
FY 97 41 44 49 Down by 3 days
Appreciate your help.

BTW, no argument is silly. Let's look at the facts.
