Sorry, but I have a printout from a .pdf file. So even if I wanted to, I can't post it.

The point of the report is that some of the indices have run up because of a few internet names and that portfolio managers who didn't hold those names couldn't match the performance of those indices. Then she goes on to explain why the net names ran up (hype, reality, low float, daytrading, short squeezes, cnbc etc.). Then she suggests there will be a pullback and therefore investors should hedge.
