I read the other day that the government was taking action against some foreign stainless steel makers. I t was a single product category, but perhaps the first action against dumping. Sorry, don't remember where I read it.

It would be great if RECY would surprise to the upside... But, With continued downward pressure on scrap prices and the Japanese in an uncooperative mood, it's more likely that the Qtr ended 9/30/98 was a down Qtr, and the current Qtr ending 12/30/98 will also be down... After that scrap prices should see a recovery, and hopefully so will RECY's Earnings and stock price...
