Hello Manish. The action in the net stocks did bother me as well last week. It is as if everybody including money managers have mostly ran out of ideas in the tech sector and are chasing these overvalued stocks. The funny things is that they even justify it by mentioning Xmas shopping season and the additional net traffic. Our buddy Jurgen bot EBAY, made money, and confessed that the stocks is overvalued.

I guess what really bothered me last week was to see that without them, the NAZ couldn't rally and once they weakened the NAZ weakened as well. It is the same deal today. LCOS's hyped up upgrade gave wings to these stocks and the NAZ market in the early morning but once they pulled back they dragged down the NAZ as well.

Manish, I didn't mind nibbling on a few hundred shares of TLAB at 55, and DELL at 61-5/8. If we get a cut we should have a couple of days of rally. If we don't get a cut, these are safe stocks to have.

I am also eyeing LU.

The bank and brokerage stocks are sending a loud signal that says we will see a cut.

Nibbled on LU at 84-3/8 too. I am done for now. I will now wait like everybody else. I am encouraged by the action in CCI, AXP, WFC, MER, JPM....into thinking that the Fed will ease. I don't see why they should but the tape says they will.
