Humbly report, ztect, one more thing. It will be interesting to see what mood the PINC dude is in when he's done answering those 1 million customers that will phone in their questions (let's say only one phone call per customer as you insist), given he's now already ever so irritated with having to answer questions in the middle of the night, before the crowd rushes to snap up the PINC stuff.
