(COMTEX)1st Miracle Group to File to Become United States Reporting Company

NEW YORK (Nov. 16) BUSINESS WIRE -Nov. 16, 1998--1st Miracle Group, Inc.
(OTC: MVEE), parent company of Magic Entertainment Inc., today
announced that with the filing of its 1998 year end financial results,
it will file a Form 10 in order to become a fully reporting U.S.
company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Company further noted that it is currently a reporting company in
Canada in the Province of Ontario and that all of its previous
financial statements are certified.

Commenting on the announcement, Peter Benz, Chairman of 1st Miracle
Entertainment, Inc., stated, "We believe it is important that the
Company become a full reporting company in order to provide current and
potential investors with the most accurate and up-to-date financial
information as possible."

1st Miracle Group, Inc. is the parent of Magic Entertainment, Inc.,
co-founded by Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus, which produces and
distributes feature length motion pictures.
