The Fed, w/o a doubt. The big question is will they and how much? My sense is that the market has already priced in a ~ 0.375% cut.

If they don't cut, will calmer heads prevail or will we crash and burn?

If they cut only 0.25% (the opinion of most pundits), will we continue our rally? Remember that the markets' EPS revisions for 1999 have yet to be completed, and they will be DOWN in aggregate.
