It seems as if Jim is really down on MT since I'll bet he has lost a bunch. If I did I know that I would feel the same way.

It would appear that if MT restructures itself into two REITs both would have to pay some sort of dividend provided they made money and my bet is that they will eventually make money in short order. The only question is at what price is it good to get into MT. I got in at 13.50, collected the .62125 dividend this month and got out at 16.

I am not sure where the price will settle after the restructuring smoke clears but my guess is that within a year or so we will see the high teens or low twenties. Also I am guessing that the medical REIT will be paying about $1.50 per annum. Don't have a clue on what the dividend of the hotel REIT will be.

In the meantime take it easy on Jim.
