U.S Cuts rates by 1/4 pt. today which boasts well for all banks including Canadian which should follow suit soon with a rate cut of their own. I recently bought in at $31.20 and will be holding for the longer term. I need a bank in my portfolio and with the research I have done, feel that CIBC (CM) is the best play at this time.

Dave.

FYI:
i know this may be off topic, but i thought if anyone here trades with TD and needs to
complain an address should be readily available.

if anyone is looking to complain about the inefficient service at greenline i have the presidents address u can address concerns with:

John See (pres G/L)
31st floor commercial union tower
TD centre
Toronto, Ont
M5K 1A2

if enuff people speak up about the lousy, pethetic service maybe changes can be made.
point to ponder: toronto office only has 150 losers working the phones for a client base
of over 1/2 mill clients.
