I haven't had a lot of time to delve into the details, it just Pulse just showed up and I started using it.

So far, I've used Level II quotes, and streaming portfolios, there are MANY more screens that I haven't tried to figure out yet. Someone said you get this for 10 trades a month, that is not true. There are two tiers, a 30 trade/quarter and 75 trade/quarter (Platinum). The first level gives you a speed trade entry form and will give you real time quotes and account balance info (yeah!). Platnum gives you a big java applet (Pulse) which includes the level ii quotes, streaming portfolios, etc. There are some quirks in the applet, for example with IE 4.0.1 (Mac), many buttons don't show up and I haven't figured out how to save a portfolio. They don't say they support the Mac, so I guess I'm flying without a net, but it basically seems to work.
