Bill:

Personal view: Leonids storm way over blown. Time will tell. Space is a big place. Satellites are small and pieces of dust from a comet are even smaller. It makes sense to turn Hubble's lens away and use its very sensitive instruments to monitor for impacts. It may make sense to move some other very high dollar assets as well. But by in large, IMO, not a significant enough increase in risk to warrant heroic efforts but by a select few.
