Jeff: Some thoughts on today's PR

<<Sales>>: Sales mean nothing without being evaluated against expenses. The numbers have evaporated many times before when held to the light.

<<New Long Beach Office>>: The skeptic would question if this was a relocation of the existing office & more on why?. Didn't pay rent; lost lease; old quarters too small, division of labor, etc.

<<"Currently selling Temporary Staffing only">>: WHOW! New revelation after a year+ of hearing about what a great, national PEO they were.

<<"Arif Adam, Chairman and CEO, indicated that the projected sales $60-70 million does not include the four states in which PEO is not presently sold.">> This sounds so much like those earlier bogus "pro formas" it's astounding. Projections given, but they're not counting it all, inferring "there's bound to be more". What a "come on"! If there is a business plan, hold it all up to the light so investors can mark performance.

<<"...actively seeking small to mid-size PEO businesses to acquire.>> Great track record so far(of losses). Show the positive cash flow to support it.

<<...contracted with the widely respected Talk Stock With Me website (http://www.talk-stock.com) to handle IR on the Internet.>> Shades of Morton Downey, Jr. and the other paid infomercials.

Seems like these guys could get a new script. Would wonder if they are
using some cash to buy-back shares in an effort to start a stampede to buy, thus pumping the price to raise more cash when they sell the shares again. Unfortunately, without the reporting disclosures, one never will know.
