<< ... Cenco will reimburse GEAES for certain costs incurred by GEAES in connection with the interim use of alternative test facilities prior to the time the Wales facility becomes operational, which is expected to be June 1999. >>

I wonder how much this will cost Cade? I am thinking of calling up Cade on Monday about this.

<< ... the Company believes that up to $8 million of insurance proceeds should be available to Cenco for the costs of modifications to the facility. >>

So....... Cade is going to hit with a bill for the rental/use of an engine testing facility until June 1999, or whenever Cenco can get the facility on line.

Cade is also going to have legal expenses involved in the French and English actions. Hopefully the $8 will cover the modifications.

Anyway, I agree with you about an impact on Cade's stock price. That must be why Cade's stock is languishing despite strong earnings reports. I think that CADE will remain in the low $2's until this matter is straightened out.
