We are 20 cents shy of a $10 premium, by my calculations. This is fine, as long as you are expecting 3 offerings within the next 12 months that will trade at $10 each after rights offering is completed and you do not want to discount the possibility at all.

Otherwise, AVCO has come back into an attractive price range! ;-)
