i learn much today bigshot guy. i say over & over again. this is not court of law. penny stock bashers are not judge & jury. case you present is invalid. i am not lawyer & do not pretend to be. penny stock bashers race agaINST clock. andy mann is in very very late, isn't he? TOO LATE? AND HE HAS NO LAWYER. soon all will see ramifications of this. i do not play lawyer. i am investor. REAL LAWYERS ARE ABOUT TO BRING HOME BACON!! have your fun penny stock bashers , it is fleeting. also notice, NO BODY IS SELLING, you fail again penny stock bashers. but VERY GOOD TRY, it show us length penny stock bashers will go to help illegal shortsellers. you can bash spider or boxer guy you fear more than spider but shareholders arte NOT COMPANY. to destroy us is small small victory.

Spugsmart has advised the court decision is a no brainer. Sensible people can see from the transcripts that that is not the case, at all.
One must remember who he chose for his source...thankfully, real information has finally been posted regarding the proceeding.
