Harold, The form 4 insider selling data shown on Yahoo! (provided to them by CDA/Investnet) is not totally accurate, specifically regarding sales by Lee and Walters. I checked with PM about this after noticing discrepancies in the amounts shown on different websites. On Oct 30 Lee and Walters sold 22,000 and 12,500 respectively, and not 44,000 and 23,891. Another site - insidertrader.com lists the correct Oct 30 numbers.
