David B, rather than asking questions here that I doubt anyone here is qualified to answer - get off your B--- and call PB or JL at PTSC - your last 2 questions are really curious - G

David B,IMO the biggest market for this products would seem to be small to medium size internet service providers (ISP) - remote access service(RAS) / routers seem almost to the point of being commoditized - therefore same performance at the best price is desireable- the announcement said that the PTSC product is 50% to 150% cheaper per port - also if I remember CTXS last year put all the SEARS Tire stores on a RAS/ router so that all the stores can access each outlets inventory using a terminal set up with a printer and monitor - maybe there a fit - G
