JR2, I read one of your posts earlier about how smelly the deal is, I think the smelly the better.

I am glad that the heart of the class action goes against the breach of fiduciary duty towards shareholders and employees alike while management is getting a sweetheart deal. So, the smelly the better!

JR2,

>"Hey, John B. are you surprised by the AT&T win ??

I'd like to see more details about the AT&T win. It seems like a standard "channel reseller" agreement, which implies no revenue commitment. These types of agreements happen everyday. I'd like to know how Shiva plans to "incent" AT&T to sell Shiva products over other similar products in the AT&T channel.

On the recent award win, notice that it was the LanRover 8E/Plus which is about a 4 year old product. It's one of the products that put Shiva in the forefront of RAS technology (which the market rewarded at that time).
