I think that he has to be so careful because this is so unique. Remember when they were getting kimberlite and diamonds all over the place and we were waiting for a pipe to be found because "all" significant diamond finds came from pipes? This is so unique that he has to "tell the story" so people can understand it. My information is that there are going to be so many diamonds that the Erics of the world are going to have trouble with this until there is a big enough sample that even they have to believe. Wise investors are a skeptical lot, for good reason, most exploration starts out promising and then does not produce.
