If you are using Netscape , it is just right of the Forward button. If you are using IE, it is called Refresh and is just right of the stop button.
Hope this helps
Dave

RE: Where do you find the reload button? Thanks.

Reload button at the top of your Netscape Browser screen
"Refresh" for MS Internet Explorer

Or use Control-R i.e. the Ctrl and the R key together at the same time will reload (refresh) your screen. Read my previous post about setting you cache option to avoid this problem with getting old screens.
