Ben.....does this encryption technology sound like something that music/movie types would insist be incorporated into all future recording devices.....a possible IOM 'standard'.....could there be major, major $$$$ here????

Ben... I'm no expert on the subject but its probably the way normal encryption software works, it needs a key ( password ) to unlock the encrypted data. These are the keys the government has been fighting to get. Each software company that has encryption software uses its own encryption keys. Without them its next to impossible to break the code... at least for now.
