Jon, I'm betting BD did. With the word "significant" in there the 8k seemingly contradicted itself as to what BD has found so far. How could BD themselves have used that word, then emphasized that they could not confirm any numbers? They do have a reputation to protect. One little step forward for GE getting that word out there though. It kinda reminds me of a jury trial where one lawyer gets the jury to hear something, the other lawyer objects, it's stricken from the record and the jury is advised to forget they heard it. The real objective people will forget the word, but for the blindly loyal, it'll be stuck in their brains for good. <they'll blame that on our wild speculations also.> Suggest you take the word "our" out of there. Whose wild speculations? Hmmm, I wonder. Jim, back to waiting, with no bids in today.
