I am an AMOC member, great organization for what you're looking for. As well once you get the thing, the knowledge is invaluable. Example, you need a new starter for your Vantage V-8. You call Aston in CT or Newport Pagnell and they quote $280. You talk to an AMOC member knowledgeable about the model and he informs you that they are just reselling the Chrysler 440 Magnum starter, get the 11 teeth one for $67. Great stuff. I've driven the 7 and saw the Project car when it came on tour. The 7 corners a bit better than the Jag and you can even upgrade with some handling package, but Jag is still a far better alternative for the money.

If you are going for late 70's early 80's V8's, Hemmings is not a bad place. There's a guy out on Long Island named Tom Popodopolis who sells quite a few and there's some Florida advertiser as well (probably repossessed from busted broker dealers out of Boca).
